Sue Nelson
Sue has been in the fitness industry since 1996, first as an instructor and then continuing as a personal trainer. Pleased with the results gained while taking various group exercise classes, she wanted to share her positive experiences with others as an instructor. With more experience as an instructor, Sue realized that she could impact others on a one-on-one basis as a trainer. In 2003 she earned her personal trainer certification from AFAA; more recently she earned her certification from NASM. Training people of all ages, her objective is to help each individual achieve their fitness objectives, emphasizing proper form to minimize risk of injury. Sue uses a combination of strength training and stretching to correct muscle imbalances. Having a strong Pilates background has helped her develop an eye for proper alignment and the importance of core strength.
